When Your Order Arrives
We recommend opening your package promptly upon delivery. During transit, a small amount of soil may naturally shift inside the box. Remove your plants gently from their packaging and place them in their new environment as soon as possible.
Each order includes clear care guidance designed to remove uncertainty and help you move forward with confidence. Water only when needed, allowing the soil to dry completely between watering.
